HWE Open channel sluice gates are used to control and isolate the flow in open channel. These gates have sealing on three sides.

Material of construction for open channel sluice gates are cast iron / ductile iron / stainless steel / FRP / Aluminum etc. Available mounting options are side wall embedded, face wall mounted and side wall anchored. Operating arrangement can be manual, electric and pneumatic.  Open channel sluice gates are generally provided with rising type spindle. These open channel sluice gates comply with leakage rate for various standards.
